Chain Link Fencing

Chain link fencing can be a real boon to your property, increasing the value of it, as well as making it more secure, better looking and securing a place to permit your pets or children to play uninterrupted.

Chain link fencing is at times a costly proposition, but is a good investment for your family in terms of both increasing the property value as well as increasing their security.

Granted it may be only a deterrent instead of a proof against intruders, however anything we can do to provide for increased security is a benefit.

Chain link fencing comes in a wide array of styles today, as well as different heights, including 32 inches, 36 inches, 45 inches and 6 feet, which is the recommended height when the fencing is being used to secure the yard or garden for pet use.

The installation isn’t at all difficult, comprised of largely the same as any other fencing.

Post holes are dug, the posts buried, and often secured in concrete inside the post hole to assure they are sturdy and immovable, then brackets attach the fence to the posts.

It is recommended that there be a post at least every 4-6 feet to assure that the fencing is strong and remains so. Chain link fencing, if well cared for will last for the lifetime of your property, being sturdy, hardy and virtually indestructible unless it is permitted to rust and decay.

Although it can be a large investment in the beginning, it’s one that will pay for itself repeatedly when cared for as you care for the rest of your property.
