Privacy Fencing
Everyone loves to sit in the back yard and enjoy the evening, or the fading sunshine, or listen to the sounds of the night.
I enjoy meals outdoors and barbecuing but what I don’t enjoy particularly is being able to be seen by passersby when cooking or eating a meal in my back yard or garden.

Privacy fencing makes life easier for the whole family
Thats where privacy fencing comes into play.
While regular fencing such as chain link will do the job that its designed to do, such as keep the pets inside the yard and the people out, privacy fencing offers just what it says.. privacy. Thats something we all want and need when it comes to our family activities.
Who wants to be overlooked whilst cooking, eating, swimming or wandering cross the back yard in your skimpiest bathing suit en route to change in the house.
A five or six foot privacy fence, also called stockade fencing in some areas, made up of either pine or hardwood ( though this is far more expensive) has evolved to be more than the simple stick, picket type fencing that we used to find in privacy fencing.
So many different styles are available now, that will provide your home with both privacy and superb good looks and style.
The concave variety offers visual appeal with its sleek style, while the more traditional closed picket or the Nantucket styles are reminiscent of an old world fencing style.
Typical fencing will run about 10 pounds per panel for the less expensive variety, while it may go as high as 25 pounds per panel for the more ornate varieties.
Before you begin any fencing project, make sure to check with your area zoning to see how far off from the property line the fence needs to be and to be certain that you don’t need to have a permit to install it.
